The Vision
behind Miyoga

Opening Miyoga was a natural next step in my mission to spread the joy of yoga. I wanted to build a sanctuary in Uppsala where people could experience the many benefits of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. My vision was to cultivate a strong community focused on wellness, support, and continuous learning.

 

At Miyoga, we believe that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their experience level. Our classes are designed to meet each individual where they are in their journey, providing the support they need to progress at their own pace.

How it all started

Hi, I’m Mimi, and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 20 years. My journey with yoga began as a personal exploration of self-improvement and well-being, and it quickly evolved into a lifelong passion. Over the years, yoga has been an incredible tool for strengthening my body, mind, and spirit, helping me tap into my inner power, creativity, and joy.

My Yoga Journey

My passion for yoga was born from a deep curiosity about the connection between the mind and body. As I delved deeper into my practice, I discovered that yoga is more than just an exercise; it’s a holistic approach to living that enhances every aspect of life. The serenity and strength I’ve found through yoga inspired me to guide others on their own journeys, helping them discover their inner balance and potential.

Why I Started Miyoga

I founded MiYoga with a heartfelt desire to share the transformative benefits of yoga with everyone. For me, yoga is more than just physical flexibility or strength—it’s a path to personal growth and self-discovery. My goal was to create a welcoming space where people of all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, could come together to learn, grow, and thrive.
