Service Description

Pregnancy yoga is a tailor-made course for the pregnant body, a time of care and preparation for childbirth. It is an opportunity to not only strengthen the physical strength needed during pregnancy, but also to create a deeper presence with your body and your unborn child. In this course, you will receive tools that support you throughout your pregnancy and its different phases. You will experience how the exercises strengthen both your body and your mind. Breathing Exercises and Relaxation Techniques Learn breathing exercises and relaxation techniques that can be very helpful during childbirth. These tools can help you manage pain and stress, and promote a deeper sense of relaxation and calm.
